As our world exists in polycrisis, consumers are looking towards their everyday routines and rituals to build out their resilience and sadly acceptation of what is happening in the world. Fragrance is one of the things we noticed that had a higher impact than expected on people’s well-being. And the very highend fragrance market seems to be capturing that.
THE EXPERIMENT
We built a new product called AURA. A cooling mist with aromatherapy embedded, but also an extra spiritual layer that’s added on top. Our holisitic healer has energised the water and the ingredients to alleviate eco-anxiety, the number one pervasive anxiety across every generation. And the results, well, let’s say they’re fascinating.
Our initial research was into where beauty, skincare and global warming will collide in the future. With extensive research from across the globe, we position where we believe the future will go for the luxury consumer as the world moves into a more extreme climate reality.
